Individual Users

There are two ways to use this service, and the good news is: either way, you can make money. Whether you are looking for a job yourself, or helping out a friend to find a job that matches their personality. If you get hired, you'll cash the reward yourself (unless someone recommended you). If your friend gets hired, you'll be paid the referral reward.

Browse our existing jobs, find those with a REWARD label and recommend them to the right friend matching the requirements. You can also recommend any other job here of course. The technology does not differentiate between reward and non-reward jobs. We still try to offer the most interesting and exciting jobs out there, some with rewards, some without. The only difference with a non-reward job is that nobody gets invoiced and nobody gets paid. Still a win-win, since you or you friend might find the next perfect career opportunity — and our employers a smart employee.

Recruiters

We understand that this service is an attractive source of potential recruiting jobs for professional recruiters. Please understand that while you are absolutely welcome to refer candidates through our system, you must adhere to the rules and will be paid only through our system and not the offering employer. Employers do not allow or welcome your advertising or inquiries unless specifically noted. Do not contact them, unless requested. We want to help you make business, so feel free to use our services here. If you have great candidates and hope for follow-up business, we think you should start by recommending candidates, make a hire, earn the reward and then follow up with the employer afterwards. That's cool with us.
